WilliNet is a community access television station. Our programming is viewable only by cable subscribers in Williamstown! Programs seen on WilliNet are either produced by or sponsored by Williamstown residents. There is no 'equal access' rule for public access television. In other words, producers are not obligated to weigh or present both (or several) sides of an issue. Public access television is more like the Op-Ed page of a newspaper, where citizens are free to present their views. However, all citizens are equally welcome to present their views here!
